  • Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval Applications

    The Town of Newmarket has received complete applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and a Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval for the above noted property, to permit:

    • The creation of roads, parks, and residential lots in the southern portion of the Secondary Plan area. A mix of housing types is proposed including but not limited to single detached dwellings and townhouses on the subject land. Natural heritage lands (wooded areas) are also being mapped and preserved.
