Join us as we celebrate National AccessAbility Awareness Week!

National AccessAbility Awareness Week recognizes the valuable contributions and leadership of persons with disabilities in the community. It also recognizes the work of allies, organizations and communities that are removing barriers.  

Head over to the Recreation Youth Centre and telMAX Indoor Skate Park for this FREE event from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and join us for: 

• Adapted Sports Try-Its (wheelchair basketball and sledge hockey).
  
• Magic show - local magician, Amazing Andrew, will be joining us for a captivating show that is sure to entertain people of all ages.
  
• Children's Treatment Network Adapted Equipment Try-It.
  
• Music therapy workshop - participants can explore movement, cognition, emotion and speech needs using music. There will be dancing, singing, instrument exploration and more.

• Light refreshments provided, while quantities last.
