The information submitted with this form will allow us to create your tickets, assist in proper lobby setup and ensure proper staffing levels for your event. This form may saved offline and be filled out and submitted at your convenience.Please fill in and submit this form with as much information as you can about your upcoming NewRoads Performing Arts Centre rental. If at all possible, please do not print this form and fill it out by hand. Filling it in electronically allows us to easily distribute the information to those people who need it to insure the best results for your event.
