This new event is replacing Kids' Trick-or-Treat Trail that was held at Environmental Park.

New this year! Join the Town of Newmarket at Newmarket's Old Town Hall for the Kids' Halloween Party presented by telMAX. Children ages 4 to 9 years are encouraged to come in costume, try a variety of hands-on, Halloween-themed activities and crafts, spooky maze and stage entertainment from Mad Science (experience the magic of "Spin, Pop, Boom") and a Disney sing-a-long with Eve Channell. After your session at Old Town Hall, be sure to complete your downtown Newmarket Halloween scavenger hunt for a chance to win a prize!

 

We will be hosting 4 identical, 90 minute sessions and pre-registration is required at Xplor:

  • 9 to 10:30 a.m.               (course code: 46730)
  • 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.     (course code: 46731)
  • 1 to 2:30 p.m.                 (course code: 46732)
  • 3 to 4:30 p.m.                 (course code: 46733)

Registration Notes: 

  • Please register all children age 4 to 9 years that will be participating in the event. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over the age of 16 years.
  • Each registered child can be accompanied by a maximum 3 people including their supervising adult. These 3 people can include other adults or non-participating siblings outside of the event age (under 4 years and over 9 years).  
  • Please only register for ONE of the four sessions. Multiple registrations will be withdrawn.  
  • Attendees will be permitted in the building during their registered session only due to building capacity. 
  • At the end of the 90 minute session, all attendees will be asked to leave the building in order to prepare for the next session.

Capture  

Media and Town of Newmarket staff will be taking photos and video footage at Town of Newmarket Special Events. These images may be used, re-used and published in news stories, social media and on websites, in addition to distributed to our event partners.
