During extreme cold weather, the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, the Magna Centre and the Newmarket Public Librayr will be open as a temporary warming centre during its regular hours of operation.  

• Ray Twinney Recreation Complex (100 Eagle Street West): Monday to Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.  
• Magna Centre (800 Mulock Drive): 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.  
• Newmarket Public Library (438 Park Avenue) – please check their website for the most up to date hours of operation.
